How is the process after issue a warranty claim? What happens after a claim is made?

Once the claim is in our system, the customer service team will check the provided data and if further information is needed the customer service team will contact you. Once all the required data have been checked, you will be informed about the final desicion of your warranty claim.

How can I check if my Q CELLS solar modules still have a valid warranty?

How should I prepare the shipment of the claimed solar modules before pick up?

The claimed solar modules must packed and fixed horizontal on a pallet that they can't shift during transport or get damaged. Q CELLS is not liable for any damages that are caused during the transport due to improper packaging of the solar modules.

Which solar modules can be offered by Q CELLS for replacement?

If possible Q CELLS will offer the same type of solar module for replacement. If the same type is not available anymore, Q CELLS will offer an alternative type of solar module. If a replacement is not possible, Q CELLS will offer a credit note according to the current selling price.

My delivery was damaged. What should I do?

If the pallet or the box is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the delivery documents, get it confirmed by the driver and take some pictures of the damage. The deadline for the corresponding damage report for open transport damage is 24 hours. If the deadline has passed, claims can no longer be settled if the products inside the package are damaged! If the packaging has no visible damage, but the products inside are damaged, then it could be a hidden transport damage. The deadline to report a hidden transport damage is 7 days. Please report the transport damages as a service claim here on this website and provide delivery documentation, invoice and pictures of any such damages.

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

Please register at the website and enter your information to issue a service claim.

To ensure a quick claim handling, please provide the following information:
1. Invoice or delivery note
2. Picture of the incorrect product delivered and serial number

Once we have the required information you will recieve an RMA number. Please mark the packaging with the RMA number clearly visible and then we will pick up the delivered wrong products.

What should I do if products are missing on the delivery?

Please register at the website ccm.q-cells.com and enter your information to issue a service claim. To ensure a quick claim handling, please provide the following information:

  1. Invoice or delivery note
  2. Article number of the missing product

Once we have chekced the data we will ship the replacement for any missing products.
